Client Services Representative - Pet Emergency Treatment

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Shift Bonus

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available, 10-hour shifts (24-hour emergency hospital)

We're seeking Client Services Representatives who are passionate about helping others, thrive in a busy environment, and can communicate with warmth, clarity, and empathy. This position involves greeting clients, coordinating patient flow, and serving as the essential link between clients, doctors, and technical staff. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
• Manage high call volumes and client check-in/check-out processes
• Accurately maintain client records and financial accounts
• Triage incoming cases over the phone and in person
• Offer compassionate support to grieving or stressed clients
• Resolve service issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain excellent communication between clients, staff, and veterinarians
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture

What You Bring

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone etiquette, listening skills, and emotional intelligence
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• Previous veterinary or medical experience preferred
• Proficiency with office software and phone systems a plus
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
