About the Role:
We are excited to present an internal transfer opportunity for the role of Assistant Client Care Supervisor. This is a pivotal position where you will support Client Care leadership in ensuring exceptional client service, promoting effective communication across hospital departments, and supervising the client care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate Client Service: Partner with leadership to deliver an outstanding, personalized client experience for every visit.
- Foster Team Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between client care, medical teams, and specialists for a seamless workflow.
- Staff Scheduling & Efficiency: Assist in scheduling client care staff to ensure smooth operations, optimizing for client flow and hospital needs.
- Client Feedback & Improvement: Oversee client satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Team Growth & Mentorship: Play a key role in onboarding, training, and mentoring staff. Contribute to performance reviews and provide constructive, growth-focused feedback.
- Daily Leadership Presence: Maintain visibility within the Client Care Department to offer guidance, support, and real-time problem solving.
- Concierge-Level Service: Act as a client concierge, ensuring each client enjoys a premium, tailored experience.
- Process Development: Collaborate on refining procedures and training programs to ensure efficiency and consistency within the team.
