Compensation
- $35 - $42/hr
- We recognize outstanding experience and impact, and higher compensation will be considered for candidates who bring significant experience and are able to make an immediate impact.
Schedule
- Role will require weekday availability, participation in a rotating weekend schedule, and flexibility to support evening hours in alignment with hospital needs.

Your Impact as a Veterinary Technician Lead
As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in a leadership role, you’ll guide, support, and elevate your team—while delivering exceptional patient care.
- Mentor and coach Veterinary Technicians to support growth, confidence, and strong performance
- Provide hands-on, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency and specialty environment
- Partner with hospital leadership to improve workflows and patient outcomes
- Support team members during complex or high-stress cases
- Help build a positive, respectful, and high-performing hospital culture
- Contribute to training, scheduling, and continuous development initiatives
What You Bring
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with strong clinical skills
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- A positive attitude, a motivating presence, and a strong commitment to supporting a healthy, collaborative team culture are required
- Passion for patient care, team development, and continuous learning
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and supportive in fast-paced environments
