​Ethos Veterinary Urgent Care in Nashua, NH is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our outstanding team!

Urgent Care Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday = 11 AM – 8 PM & Saturday – Sunday = 10 AM – 7 PM

Anticipated Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts, every other weekend
  • Week 1: Two 10-hour shifts between M-F + Sa/Su 10a-7p
  • Week 2: M-Th 11a - 8p

As a Veterinary Technician you will be responsible for:

• Triaging patients 
• Obtaining and reporting vitals, prioritizing patient treatments and delegating tasks if needed
• Recognize changes in patient status and report to doctor
• Advise owners, prepare medications and discharge patients 
• Collect samples, place IV catheters, prepare IV fluids and additives
• Utilizing different imaging modalities (radiographs,ultrasound)
• Calculating and administering medication, fluid additives, CRI's   
• Administer and monitor patients for anesthetic/sedation procedures

About You:

• 1-3 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting required. 1 year ER experience preferred. 
• CVT preferred
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required.
• Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Our Urgent Care centers bridge the gap between general practice and emergency.  Our 2-doctor practices offer care for common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia. Our urgent care centers are specially designed to deliver efficient care and are furnished with advanced equipment and technologies.
