Exciting Internal Transfer Opportunity: Client Care Specialist (Hybrid Role)
 

Location: San Marcos, CA (Hybrid: Remote 3 days, In-Hospital 1 day)

Remote Days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

In-Hospital Day: Thursday

Shift Time: 8:30am – 7pm

About the Role:

As a Client Care Specialist (CCS), you’ve already been an essential part of our team, managing various client-facing workflows. In this hybrid role, you’ll continue to play a key part in delivering exceptional service, with responsibilities that will now focus primarily on:

  • Talkdesk Management: Handling incoming calls with care and efficiency.
  • CCS Callbacks: Ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups with clients.
  • Email Correspondence: Responding to client inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Appointment Auditing: Reviewing and confirming scheduled appointments to ensure accuracy.
Reliable internet connection is essential for this role. You must have a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload to ensure seamless communication and efficient work.

All equipment needed will be provided to you including a laptop, headset, and mobile phone to communicate with the hospital.

Compensation:
 $18.50 and $23.50 per hour, based on skillset and experience

Responsibilities:

  • A strong understanding of the current CCS workflows, with experience in client communication, appointment management, and customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with in-hospital team members.

Eligibility:

  • Internal Applicants Only: Open exclusively to current VSHNC employees.
  • Must have completed one (1) year of service with Ethos.
  • Must be in your current position for at least six (6) months.
  • Must be in good standing and not under current disciplinary action.
