Animal Specialty Center (ASC), is looking to add a LVT to our talented Internal Medicine department!
Part-Time Schedule:
- Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8a – 5p
- NO WEEKENDS!
- $28 - $35 pending skills assessment leveling
As a Veterinary Technician in our Internal Medicine service, you'll play a vital role in overseeing appointments, collaborating with Dr. Natalie Langer, and actively participating in patient assessment, diagnostics, and treatments. This is an excellent opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including digital radiology, CT, and ultrasound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments and clients in collaboration with our board-certified specialists
- Conduct patient assessment, diagnostics, and treatments
- Obtain and process laboratory samples
- Perform medical calculations and administration, digital radiology, and CT scans
- Induce, monitor, and recover anesthetic or sedated procedures
- Set up and assist in endoscopic procedures
