Client Care Specialist | Emergency & Critical Care | Full-Time | 2nd shift | Nine Hour Shifts Per Week | $16/hr + Depending On Experience | Mundelein, IL

The Premier Veterinary Group is now hiring a full- time Client Care Representative to join our outstanding team in our BRAND NEW facility in Mundelein, IL!!

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time
• Afternoons and evenings needed, occasional night shifts may be necessary
• Some holiday coverage is required
• $16+ per hour, dependent on experience

About You:

You have a strong desire to learn and apply knowledge/skills learned to daily work life. You can communicate effectively both written and verbally. You are reliable and have follow-through with all work-related tasks/projects.  You are able to work afternoons, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in veterinary medicine OR completion of a veterinary assistant program if preferred, but not required!
• Understands and appropriately applies procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise
• Can multitask, prioritize, self-motivate, work well with others and have a strong work ethic
• Able to handle/restrain, sometimes fractious animals, weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
