$18.50–$22/hr based on experience + $2/hr weekday evening differential after 7:00 PM
Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is looking for an experienced Veterinary Client Care Representative to join our specialty and emergency hospital. This role is ideal for a client service professional who can provide a calm, compassionate experience for clients during stressful moments while working closely with a supportive medical team.
You'll help clients and their pets navigate emergency and specialty care while supporting check-in, phone communication, care coordination, and the day-to-day flow of a busy veterinary hospital.
$18.50–$22 per hour based on experience
Additional $2 per hour weekday evening differential for hours worked after 7:00 PM
Part-Time
Thursdays and Fridays
5:00 PM–12:00 AM
No overnight CSR shifts required
Welcome clients and their pets with a calm, compassionate, and professional approach
Check in patients and assist clients as they navigate emergency and specialty care
Answer phones and help connect clients with the appropriate members of the medical team
Coordinate client communication and patient care information
Support the medical team by helping maintain an organized and efficient client service area
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced emergency and specialty environment
Use hospital technology and software systems to accurately document and communicate information
Work closely with teammates to ensure clients receive clear, compassionate, and timely support
Help maintain a positive and collaborative hospital environment
1–2 years of experience in veterinary medicine
Emergency or specialty veterinary experience preferred
Clear, compassionate, and strong communication skills
Ability to remain composed and professional during stressful or emotional client interactions
Strong multitasking, organizational, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning and using technology and hospital software systems
Team-first mindset and willingness to support teammates
Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.
