Clearwater, FL & Bradenton, FL | Field-Based Role | Full-Time | Approximately 40+ hours/week
$75,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience) + mileage reimbursement + full benefits
We are hiring a Veterinary Referral Relationship Manager to support specialty neurology services in Clearwater, FL and emergency services in Bradenton, FL. This is a field-based role focused on veterinary account management, veterinary sales-style outreach, and referral growth across the Tampa Bay veterinary community.
About the Referral Relationship Manager Role: The Veterinary Referral Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison between specialty and emergency hospitals and referring veterinary practices. This role drives referral development, veterinary marketing initiatives, and strategic relationship management to improve access to advanced veterinary care and strengthen hospital partnerships.
Candidates with experience in veterinary sales, veterinary marketing, veterinary account management, business development, or animal health industry roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
This role supports two unique and growing veterinary hospitals in one of the most desirable regions in Florida, based in the Tampa Bay / Gulf Coast region, one of Florida’s fastest-growing areas for veterinary medicine and one of the most desirable places to live and work.
