Who You Are
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our Dublin team! In this role, you are the backbone of our hospital environment — ensuring that every space is clean, safe, organized, and fully operational so our veterinary staff can focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care. You take pride in your work, communicate well with colleagues, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
Some of the Responsibilities You Will Own
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout assigned areas of the hospital
Sweep, mop, wax, and vacuum floors and carpets to maintain a clean environment
Clean and disinfect hallways, restrooms, common areas, and light fixtures
Dust and polish furniture and surfaces on a regular schedule
Empty waste receptacles and manage proper disposal
Perform minor building and equipment repairs
Assist with moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies
Manage supply inventory and coordinate ordering of materials as needed
Coordinate and oversee vendor relationships for facilities-related services
Support the team with other duties as assigned by your manager
Basic Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of proper cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
Basic building and grounds maintenance knowledge
Ability to operate and maintain janitorial tools and equipment
Experience with Microsoft Office and online ordering platforms (e.g., Amazon, Staples)
Ability to complete minor facility repairs
Strong ability to follow written and oral instructions
Comfortable using and operating a computer
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients
