Certified Rehab Licensed Veterinary Technician

Animal Specialty Center is seeking an LVT with current Rehabilitation Certification

We are seeking an experienced Certified Rehab LVT to assist and maintain rehabilitation cases with Doctor’s guidance.

When in rehab appointments you will be expected to perform rehabilitation and physical therapy exercises including water treadmill, laser, massage, and land exercises/stretching.

When not in rehab appointments, you will:

• Perform venipuncture and IV catheter placement.
• Take digital radiographs.
• Prepare and process lab work using Idexx equipment.
• Assist with surgical induction and anesthesia monitoring.
• Administrator medications and injections.
• Calculate drug dosages.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned as a technician

Compensation:

• $30 - $35 pending skills assessment leveling
