About the Role:
Under the general supervision of the Hospital Services Manager, our Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role, guiding both our clinical and administrative teams. This position is a 75% hands-on technician, 25% administrative hybrid – perfect for someone who enjoys being on the floor while also shaping the future of their team.You’ll be the go-to leader, ensuring our departments are well-staffed and operating efficiently, while promoting a culture of compassion, communication, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Way: Provide leadership, direction, and daily support to clinical and client service teams.
- Staffing & Scheduling: Monitor staffing needs, approve payroll, and ensure coverage for exceptional patient care and client experience.
- Team Development: Conduct regular team check-ins, participate in hiring and reviews, and partner with training teams to support ongoing learning.
- Client Care: Promote a hospitality-first culture, resolve concerns, and ensure every visit meets our high standards.
- Hands-On Tech Work: From triage and diagnostics to patient monitoring and client communication, you’ll continue to provide top-tier medical support.
- Hospital Operations: Serve as the point person for department needs, equipment issues, and interdepartmental coordination.
What We’re Looking For:- Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a supervisory role
- Veterinary technician background (technical expertise is a must)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
- Confidence in coaching others, handling sensitive conversations, and leading with empathy
