Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Clinical Lead to join our Redwood City Neurology department. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants.
- Demonstrate strong veterinary clinical skills and act as a role model for the team.
- Commit to lifelong learning, staying updated on the latest veterinary practices, technologies, and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships within the team to promote collaboration, resolve conflicts, and encourage professional growth.
- Apply your expertise in veterinary medicine to provide high-quality care and mentorship.
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced veterinary clinical setting.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train team members.
- Consistent proficiency in mathematical calculations for drug doses, CRIs, client invoices, estimates, and other related tasks.
- California Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit (VACSP) required within 60 days of hire (waived if holding a valid CA-RVT license).
Work Schedule
- Full-Time (4/10 schedule).
- Open availability, including weekends, to cover various shifts.
Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $34.00 - $45.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
