About Us:
At Bulger, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive care, including General Practice, 24-hour Emergency Services, and Specialty Medicine. As a Client Concierge, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every pet owner's experience is exceptional throughout the emergency process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial processing and address any general questions during the visit.
• Ensure a smooth check-out process by preparing and reviewing documents and medical records accurately.
• Admit and discharge pets, schedule follow-ups, and maintain client/pet records in accordance with Ethos and legal requirements.
• Act as the primary coordinator between departments for a seamless interdepartmental visit.
• Keep clients informed of the pet's progress, treatment, changes in cost, and next steps.

• Specialized Insight: If you've been a veterinary receptionist, you already understand the unique dynamics of the veterinary world, making you a valuable asset from day one.
• Medical Secretary Expertise: Your background as a medical secretary brings a level of precision and attention to detail that is crucial in ensuring accurate documentation and smooth processes.
• Customer Service Excellence: If you've excelled in customer service, you know the importance of building positive relationships. Your ability to provide outstanding service aligns seamlessly with our commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

• $19 - $24 pending experience & skillset

• Four 9-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
• Evenings
• One weekend shift/week
• 3 Holidays/year (double time pay)
