Client Care Specialist:
The CCS will greet clients in a prompt caring and professional manner. Will do check-ins promptly and efficiently. Accurately enter new clients, patients, referring veterinarians and update existing information. Will schedule appointments, handle routine inquiries, check-out, collect deposits and payments. Answer multiple phone lines in a prompt and professional manner, direct calls, fax and scan. Will update clients of wait times and delays. Will ensure cleanliness of lobby and exam rooms.
Qualifications include one year of customer service experience in a veterinary practice (specialty/emergency). Proven effective communication and computer skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize.
Shift Info: Sun/Mon 1:30pm-10pm and Tues/Wed/Thurs 11am-7:30pm
