Receptionist - Part Time

Client Care Specialist:

The CCS Phone Room Operator’s primary focus will be to answer incoming calls and handle all client requests in a timely manner.  Additionally, the CCS will greet clients in a prompt caring and professional manner.

  • Will do check-ins promptly and efficiently.
  • Accurately enter new clients, patients, referring veterinarians and update existing information.
  • Will schedule appointments, handle routine inquiries, check-out, collect deposits and payments.
  • Answer multiple phone lines in a prompt and professional manner, direct calls, fax and scan.
  • Will update clients of wait times and delays.
  • Will ensure cleanliness of lobby and exam rooms.

Qualifications include one year of customer service experience in a veterinary practice, specialty/emergency preferred. Proven effective communication and computer skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize. 

Shift Info: Tuesday-Saturday 5:00pm – 10:00pm
