Call Center Liaison

IVG Hospitals, Inc. (IVG) has immediate full-time openings for a highly-motivated, Call Center Representatives with excellent communication and organizational skills.

IVG Hospitals is a network of 6 veterinary hospitals in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York that provide 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Care. Our Call Center, located in Woburn, Mass, processes all incoming calls for each of IVG Hospitals locations. Our Call Center Liaisons have tremendous responsibility and are relied on heavily to ensure client’s needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls & identifying client needs
  • Directing phone calls to appropriate person or location
  • Providing general information regarding services at each location
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Invoicing
  • Providing patient status updates
  • Faxing & filing

Qualifications: Candidates must have the ability and desire to deliver exemplary client service. Previous experience in a medical or veterinary setting is desired as is a fundamental knowledge of windows- based computer programs and a comfort level with technology. Candidates must be dependable and have a solid work history.

This position requires scheduling flexibility: Shifts will include a combination of mornings, midday and evening or overnight shifts and will include a regular weekend shift and some holiday shifts.
