Client Care Specialist– Crestwood Hospital

Responsibilities:

Promote company vision, mission and core values. Plays a positive and active role in fostering team relationships, leads by example and communicates effectively. Must be flexible, cooperative, dependable, responsible, and have good time-management skills. This position requires you to be self motivated and be able to differentiate between major and minor issues as they relate to clients and patients. Candidate must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Key Functions:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Answering the phones
  • Screening and directing calls to other staff members
  • Providing basic information to callers
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Filing, faxing, scanning, and emailing documentation
  • Computer data entry and basic invoicing
  • Handling of payment transactions
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and well maintained

Qualifications:

  • Work well under pressure and during high levels of stress
  • Must possess strong customer service skills in person and on the phone
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills; including but not limited to Word and Excel
  • Ability to show compassion and empathy in appropriate situations
  • Attention to detail and follow through is a must
  • Self motivated and able to work well in a team setting
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Able to handle multiple phone lines at a time
